Seattle-based, Italian-born DJ and producer Eliogold rises to the Rhizome roster for the seventh vinyl-only release on the label.
Elio took to the turntables in 2003, after growing up in an audio engineer’s household. The exploration of sound instilled in him is still apparent through his productions, as well as his regular appearances as a selector in Seattle - in addition to his own party, DAZED.
For the B1 of Elio’s first vinyl release, he’s whipped up a funky synthetic jazz groove. Taking its name from the cheeky piano lick that riffs joyously over the glimmering electronics, Vegas Jam is blissed out and bouncy.
